We have an abundance of tomatoes every year at the Chateau Sonoma Farm so we decided to jar it for your pleasure throughout the year. We have added apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, lemons, ginger, salt and spices and is a customer favorite. It is a very versatile jam as it is delicious over goats cheese, with pork or simply on a toasted baguette.
